Thanksgiving at Franck's
                                                         


Please Join us and Chef Franck Peissel Thanksgiving Day for a Memorable Holiday Meal!

Franck's will be offering a delightful culinary four course feast on Thanksgiving Day.

Seating times are 12:00pm-2:30pm-5:00pm


1st Course:
Clam & Hazelnut Chowder with Crispy Walu & Preserved Lemon

2nd Course:
Sous Vide Meyers All Natural Beef Tenderloin with Sauterne Poached Pear, Braised Red Cabbage, Brioche and a Brandy Mustard Emulsion

3rd Course
: Brined Young Turkey Breast, 10 Hour Braised Pork Cheeks, Sweet Potato Gratin, King Oyster Mushrooms with Cranberry Foam and Porcini-Red Wine Sauce

4th Course:
Warm Pecan Tart with Pumpkin Espresso Ice Cream

Seating is limited so call 801-274-6264 for reservations


($ 55 per adult / $25 for children 12 yrs. or younger. Tax and gratuity not included.
